As Design Lead, I conducted research and competitive analysis, hosted workshop, leading to a pivot from creating a full new experience to improving the existing "What Can I Say?" (WCIS) feature. We refined both the content strategy and visual design of the WCIS experience,&nbsp;resulting in 45% increase of voice commands. The insights gained from this project informed future product initiatives, and my visual treatment was adopted across multiple Xfinity interfaces. As the Lead Designer, I guided the design process, collaborated with cross-functional teams, facilitated workshops to define design principles, created mockups, and wrote technical design documents. I also led usability testing to identify pain points and worked with the prototyping team to iterate on solutions.&nbsp; A major achievement was improving the clarity of the setup process through a redesigned Getting Started Guide (GSG) and an FTUE video, which received positive user feedback.
