My journey in design is deeply rooted in my passion for blending Design, Technology, and Culture to create experiences that resonate with people. Born and raised in Vietnam, I’ve had the privilege of living and working in France and the UK as an engineer before transitioning to Product Design. With over seven years of experience, I’ve led projects that impact millions of customers across various industries.

At Amazon, I led the design for Alexa integration on Fire TV and Echo Show, resulting in a 12-fold increase in voice usage, doubled subscription conversions, and contributing to a 2023 Sports Emmy Award.
Before that, at Comcast, I designed voice features for over 18 million Xfinity customers and helped make technology more intuitive and accessible by contributing to the Xfinity Voice Experience.

At Pfizer, I leveraged my engineering background, systems thinking, and passion for inclusivity to solve complex healthcare challenges with user-friendly solutions. My unique blend of science and design allows me to contribute meaningfully at every stage of the product development process, from early brainstorming to launch.

Beyond work, I’ve led PhillyCHI, the Philadelphia chapter of the ACM’s special interest group on Human-Computer Interaction, where I help connect and empower local designers through regular educational and networking events.
